Location – Darwin, NT
Duration – 12 weeks
Full demolition of hotel rooms right through to re fit. Installation of new cabinetry, bathroom upgrades, installation of loose furnitre. BTC Constructions managed this project from start to finish.
Terminal Control Centre
Location – Darwin International Airport
Duration – 10 weeks
Full project management of all trades within a tight time frame. BTC delivered this entire fit out on time, safely and within budget. From a bare shell to a full operating control centre for the terminal.
Darwin Golf Club
Gaming Room
Location - Marrara, Darwin
Duration - 6 weeks
Internal fit out of gaming room,entrance way, outdoor area, timber feature covered ceilings, decorative timber screening and panels.
International
House
Location - Darwin CBD
Duration - 6 weeks
Project Management of Internal fit out and construction of 8 classrooms, a large common area including toilet, fire and mechanical upgrades all to meet 9b classification. External facelift and upgrades to meet client’s needs.
Coffee Club
Location - Oasis Shopping Centre, Palmerston
Duration - 4 weeks
Internal fit out including wall and ceiling framing, sheeting and flushing. Furnishings included timber veneer panels, Perspex screenings and cabinetry install. screening and panels
Beachfront Hotel
Bottle Store
Location - Nightcliff, Darwin
Duration - 2 weeks
Internal fit out completed with minimal disruption to trading. With BTC as project managers, we completed the demolition, new vinyl plank flooring, perimeter bulkhead and paint. Finished with new cabinetry, entrance way and new colour scheme and signage. The outside received new paint and signage also.
Welcome Centre - Tiwi Islands
Location - Tiwi Island, Northern Territory
Duration - 3 weeks
Supply and install of roofing iron, external cladding, windows and flashings. Logistically testing because of the remote location, BTC was still able to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Location - Alice Springs, Northern Territory
Duration - 12 weeks
BTC were engaged as construction manages for the refurbishment of 235 rooms. Scope included demolition of rooms installation of all cabinetry, stone vanities, bathroom fit outs, installation of loose furniture and furnishings.
